What could a Blackburn Rovers Supporters Trust do for you?

We are often asked, “why?” in regards to the setting up of a trust for Rovers fans.

“What will it do?”

The best thing about the trust is it has no agenda. Not yet anyway.

Once it is agreed that a trust is to be set up – this decision will be taken at the public meeting at Blakeys on Wednesday, May 11 – we will begin recruiting members.

You, as a member, will then decide what the agenda of the trust is.

It is not for the current, very small committee to say what BRST wants. That is entirely up to you.

This is YOUR club. It’s time to have YOUR say.

What we propose

A small group of like-minded Blackburn Rovers fans believe a supporters trust is needed at the club.

Blackburn Rovers Supporters Trust, if given the go ahead, would provide a voice for fans within a recognised and democratic organisation that, with the correct leadership and strong membership, could influence things at the top level.

Our ultimate aim is to one day have an elected representative at board level at the club.

Before going ahead, we need your support.

We invite you to join us at Blakeys Bar in Blackburn on Wednesday, May 11, from 7.30pm (doors at 6.30pm) for a public meeting where a vote will be taken to decide whether or not to set up the trust.
